"Went to West Mifflin Vision Center to get an exam and new lenses. While the exam went well, the lens process was a total failure and ended with with me walking out in total disgust. The employee who waited on me for lens had no idea what he was doing. He went to another employee 6-8 times asking questions about how to write the lens order. After sitting for over an hour waiting for him to write the order, I left the vision center and will go somewhere else to get my lenses and frames."
