"This is our go to spot for every ti.e we go away. They have tons of shuttles. We have never waited more than 10 minutes being picked up when returning. When arriving we have never waited for a shuttle. When you return they have your car pulled up and either heat on or windows down for you. So right from the shuttle to the car. We have tried a few other of their competitors and simply put there is no compare. Yes a few dollars more and I mean a few not many. But completely reliable. At one of there competition parking places we actually missed a flight waiting over an hour for one van and like 30 people. It had to go and come numerous times. NEVER as smart park in and out easy peasy lemon squeezie."
"All 3-4 times I used the service, the staff seems friendly. Unfortunately, the last two times my car smelled as if someone homeless had been inside of the car. A horrible stench, I had to go straight to the car wash and detailed it soon after. Good thing I didn't leave it there longer. One of those later occasion my car battery was switched also. I'll just use Uber going forward."
"We were away a week. The lot is easy to find, they check you in quickly and then you are right on a shuttle to the airport. The drivers are efficient and help with bags. Pick up was relatively quick and our cars were ready and waiting with windows down to vent built up heat. Check out was quick and easy and we were on the road. I'm not sure what else you could want. We'll use them again"
"From the first time I drove into Smart Park I was met by an amazing gentleman by the name of Rich. He was quite pleasant considering that I was on a time crunch and needed to park ASAP! "I've used Smart Park many times now and it is the best! Super location and great staff! It's easy to drop off your vehicle, they whisk you to your terminal, and just call when you exit baggage claim for pick-up which arrives very soon--no walking another mile with all your luggage to some faraway meeting spot. And their price is very affordable! I highly recommend it!"
