Motel 6 Newark Airport Parking

"They damaged my car and they are not responding for it, AVOID THIS PLACE !"

"One star is already too much!! The worst parking and airport shuttle I’ve ever used. Called 14 times to get shuttle from airport to parking, terrible at picking up, waited over 45 minutes to get shuttle. Was informed the driver “didn’t see” myself and my family. He doesn’t even stop. Weather was cold so we were waiting inside doors, literally had to run and flag him down. If he’s coming to pick up at specific terminal door shouldn't he stop at said door to wait for passengers? My 4 year old was with me, no car seats which I knew from the beginning so can’t complain about that HOWEVER the driver is not cautious at all. Super rude, honks at everyone and slams on break. Speeds a lot I literally had to hold my son down so he would be safe. I think a little consideration would be ideal. It would’ve been faster to grab an Uber back to parking lot. Never using them again, please save yourself the headache."

"They hit my car with another vehicle while trying to get it out… instead of giving me insurance information they gave me the owner’s number and when i called him he said he was going to call me later…. Never did and ignoring my calls now"

"The driver was SO RUDE!!! He was complaining about the amount of bags we had. Clearly we were on vacation which is why we were using this service. He was asking people for a tip. He went to throw my mothers bag and she asked him to not throw it because she had a glass gift inside and he yelled at her. Once we were back in the parking lot he almost hit my husband with the bus and said he did that because he didn’t leave a tip. Keep in mind it was 40 degrees and we were traveling with a baby so the last thing on our mind was just tip after being so rude. Never again will we use this spot. I rather pay to leave my car at the airport!"
