"The service was great to and from the airport. Very prompt. It was $127 for 6 days which is great ! Plus tip to the driver of the shuttle. My only complaint is I think they left the window open as there is now a stain all down the drivers side."

"Came back from vacation at midnight to 2 flat tires on a brand new car, 16 nails in the tires (!), and cost me $960 to repair. The owner took no responsibility, blamed me (never answering how I drove from Philadelphia to Newark with 2 flat tires?), and got in my face, nose-to-nose like he wanted to fight. He showed zero empathy (we slept in the lot overnight in a cold car and he couldn’t even say ‘sorry this happened to you’) and wouldn’t even allow the AAA tow truck into the lot, telling me I should risk further damage to my car by driving it out of the lot with 2 flats. I had to threaten calling the police. Stay far away from this place! UPDATE 7/3/2024: My reply to "Response from the owner": The tow truck driver that night couldn't believe your ill temperament and disputed your assertions. In 30 years, he's never seen anything like what he saw in your lot. There is no way to guarantee your lot is nail/debris free, even with regular sweepings. Second, based on my odometer, you drove my car around multiple times. Third, the flat tires were to BOTH of my back tires, which means the damage was done backing the car up when you parked it. Had I ran over 16 nails somewhere else, I would have damage to my front tires as well. Lastly, I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia to your lot in a new 2024 Acura. If I had a flat at any point, the tire pressure light would have come on immediately. To say there's "no possibility" it happened in your lot is ridiculous. As I stated before, stay away from this place!"

"I have used this service many times and have always been completely satisfied. We parked for over 2 weeks and when we returned the shuttle driver was quite sarcastic and asked why it took us so long to get to the pickup spot. He said “did you get lost sarcastically “ then we arrived at the lot he did not unlock the door so we could get out. I had to yell for him to unlock the door. Then rather than help my wife with the luggage he just left them by the curb while I was inside paying. Naturally his tip was ZERO! I am sure this was an isolated incident but the ownership should know about it."

"I fly a lot and have used them for about a year and a half now, primarily because they offered a good price. In the last 6 months or so I've seen a big drop-off in service and a few weeks ago I experienced a 45 minute wait to be picked up late at night - not a busy part of the day. Since then I used them twice this past week and last night parked my F-150 there for exactly 30 hours and they charged me $50. They told me it was because it was oversized. I explained to them that this was not the first time (just 2 days earlier I parked my pickup there too) and I have never been charged like this. The man at he counter could not have cared less and instead repeated like a robot that it was oversized. I told him that I would not be coming back and he rolled his eyes and didn't answer. Incidentally, a few months ago one of the drivers was complaining about how their business had dropped off by half. Now we know why. Go somewhere else."

"We parked our car here for about 5 Nights and 6 days trip. The rates were super reasonable. The Check in and check out process was very smooth. The Shuttle service was excellent. The drivers are very courteous and accommodating. The shuttle van is small but comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for long term parking."
