"Disabled Veteran here. Parking attendant drove my car into the gate in their elevator and it’s been 8 days no contact from them after filling out their forms, calling, emails they are dodging me. I plan to file legal action. Do not park here!!…. UPDATE 2 plus months later and still my vehicle isn’t fixed after getting told to go to 2 distant shops to get 2 docent quotes which I did 2 different times (4shops) only to be told “that’s too much we’re not paying for this! Call your insurance company get them to fix it” they aren’t recognized by the better business bereau and at this point I’m questioning if they are even insured. HAD TO HEAD TO THE COURT AND THE CASE IS IN OCTOBER"

"Left with my driver side door lock being unable to lock using my lock button on the keyfob and in the car. Have to manually press the lock down now"

"Staff doesn't want to be there, and not very helpful if you can even get them to pay attention to you. Expect to wait at least 20 min to drop off or pick up your car regardless of how busy it is. Prices are intentionally confusing and seem to be whatever they feel like."

"The man that’s works on the night shift needs more training or has to go. On Saturday March 4th I arrived to pick up my car. He brings me another vehicle (Audi) a nice one btw. I tell him this is not my car. He looked surprised and confused and then realized he had the wrong ticket. I eventually got my car. But what annoyed me the most is why do I have to wait for my car to be delivered when I tell him I’ll be back at a specific time. Why does he have to make things complicated. Have customers vehicles ready at the time they stated. I live in NJ, I don’t want to wait until ten minutes let alone delivered another person’s car. This is ridiculous!"
