"Excellent attendants! I was frazzled and in a rush they took my car quickly and were extremely kind and courteous! I highly recommend this place because the different attendant that brought my car back was just as nice quick and courteous! Every-time I have to do work by this garage I will be parking my car here now question about that. I’d really like to commend the workers as them providing a positive experience can change someone’s day for the better like they did on nov 9 at 6:15 am and around 12 pm ish when I came to retrieve my car. I would really like to thank them for there helpfulness and I think management should be aware that the people working at these times this day are workers that don’t come along often and should be valued !"
"If I could leave zero stars I would. Wasn't even there 3hrs and my truck has scratches down BOLTH sides from front fender to rear bumper and a dent in the passenger door!!!CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!"
"Their rates on the most popular phone app were listed at $11, but once there the attendant explained it was over $30 and that the price discrepancy is based on a coupon being required which I would not be eligible for as advance notice was required. It should be noted that his response seemed completely rehearsed. They returned my car with a large black mark. When I brought it to the attention of their manager he started yelling and become very aggressive in a threatening manner accusing me of blaming their lot for a old accident. Even after one of his workers rubbed out the mark the manager failed to apologize or even acknowledge his obvious false accusation."
"These guys just don’t care. Call ahead and expect the car ready. Think again. Ran a brand new car directly into a curb. Leave the windows open for dust and water drips. Have pipes everywhere which drip calcified water. AVOID."
