When I arrived they not only told me that the lot was full, but also lied to me by claiming I was at the wrong address after I showed them my confirmation receipt (turns out 855 atlantic ave and 555 waverly ave are the same). If you're driving to Barclays, I wouldn't risk parking here unless you want to get scammed."
"They've lost my keys. I went to pick up my car and spent over 30 minutes while they tried to find my keys in the facility. They had no idea where the keys are placed. I have now waited 2 hours with zero clarity on when I will get the car back or my car keys. I will never again park my car here and strongly discourage others from parking here as well.
