"when i arrived no one was at the window. i asked a guy who came out of the garage elevator if he works here and he replies, "i think so", and shrugs. i then asked if i can speak with a manager or anyone who works here so i can be serviced today. he claimed he is the manager. i wont come here again or recommend the place to any friends, just because of the weird negative vibes i got from this individual. totally unprofessional."
"Not sure why this garage advertises open 24 hours. I show up at 10PM asking to park and was denied, even when they had space. The shorter woman there that typically wears the fitted hat and glasses is extremely irritable. Icon Parking is better- friendlier staff and much more accommodating."

"Parked here to walk over to the Barclays Center (about a 7 min quick walk) because their prices were more affordable than other parking garages, including oversize prices. It was a quick drop off and pick up. When driving down Fulton, take a right on Hudson Ave (immediatly before the McDonald's & Flatbush Ave)."
"Don't park here! They dented my car and then denied it! THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I parked at 395 Flatbush Ave. at an MPG Parking garage and when I returned to pick it up there was a HUGE dent on the passenger side bumper. The parking attendant, Joel Carrasco, then argued with me and tried to deny that my car was damaged inside their garage. (I work from my car and know every ding and scrape it has; I know for a fact there was no damage on my car before I left it in his hands.) After arguing with him I eventually got him call his manager who finally made the attendant call his manager, who made him write out the damage report. The manager also gave me a phone number to call and follow up on the damage report claim. HOWEVER, everytime I called it just went straight to voicemail because the recipient was never there - A HUGE PROBLEM because the voicemail is also full and wont allow you to leave a message. This is completely criminal. When I finally got through to a human being they treated me like I was bothering them. What's more, I still had to pay for the two hours my car was left in their incompetent hands."
