Atlantic Terrace - Lot #22

"This place takes advantage of people in need, first they false advertise with an event price $ to attract clientele, but when you reach that narrow entrance/exit at the bottom to drop your car, they give you a different price and to top it off they charge me extra $10 for a larger SUV when the car I was driving was a small car. Then the staff starts telling me to pay at the window immediately and if I give GOOD TIP they will treat my car with care and will park it in the “VIP” area. They sounded so out to get me and kept repeating that tip incentive. Their business model: is out the get the clientele and take advantage VERSUS providing good business service. I think NY Attorney General’s office should be known aware of their business practices and how they are out to deceive the public."

"The man rude. I got reservations from the spot hero until 5.30pm and the man told me that they will be close at 5 pm. But they wont close. Only for 1 inc i paid oversize fee 10 bucks. And tha man was rude and reckless. If yourcar is more long than 180 inc you will pay oversize fee. they check your car's length from google."

"Stop by this garage to park for a event at the barlcays. I understand there's a special event fee during events. On the signage to the left its states barclays events and the different price of the types of event. The guy at the gate quoted us higher then the prices listed. So as we are strolling down I told the guy you might want to cover those prices because they are much less then what u quoted us. He told my husband to stop and back out. There was a party coming up the ramp so we thought it was to let them get out. We then proceed to move back in and he said no you can't park here. We asked why he didn't give any reason he stood in front and said no only reservations . To avoid back and forth and avoid the traffic jam we were causing to moved on. Found streets parking a few spots down and free. Very unprofessional all I said was you should cover there signage because eu have prices listed for events ready and quoting much higher."

"This parking company is the best;; however, there is always one person who can spoil the experience. I traveled to NYC to see my doctors. The parking facilities are the best; especially for the price. I love it! I tell my doctors about the price and convenience. HOWEVER, during my last visit, upon picking up my car, I experienced an overpowering SMELL! Someone was smoking in my rental car and I do not smoke. In addition, there was a stagnating human body odor that truly stank. Really! I had to travel 128 miles suffering from the odor, and fearing Covic 19 exposure. I am HIGH RISK! I attempted to alert the company, There is no way to do this...So I am forced to write a negative review on a much needed and excellent service. EXCELLENT! When leaving your car, no one should use YOUR VEHICAL for their personal resting spot. Especially after parking many numerous cars. My concern was breathing unclean air, the second hand smoke that lingered in the car, and possible Covic 19 exposure. I was reluctant to touch anything in the car. I rented the car to avoid public transportation and this is what I experienced. AGAIN, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. This incident occurred in the Portland garage on Wednesday, March 10. I am now monitoring my health for Covic 19."
