"DO NOT PARK HERE! Prepaid for parking and arrived 50 mins prior to the game. We were not successfully parked until almost an hour or so later. Missed half the game after driving two hours from upstate. There was one man parking vehicles while also stopping to direct traffic as this garage also serves as a car rental place. Staff were extremely unprofessional. So understaffed and mismanaged. It was complete chaos. NEVER AGAIN."
"Do not park here. It is a complete $h!t show. Took so long to park we missed the start of the game. Took an hour to get our car in the sweltering heat. Everyone got yelled at. Total chaos"
"PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE! This business has deceptive practices that ultimately end up adding quite a lot of cost. I had a horrible experience (cost me an additional $30). Their attendants are arrogant and incredibly rude."

"To fellow drivers who consider parking here: I parked here monthly for more than a year and based on my negative experiences, a few points of advice. 1. Try parking further away or even on the street unless you absolutely have to park here. 2. Take a photo of every possible angle of your car, such as front/rear, side (doors) and wheels. During my time parking there, they have scratched my car twice (front left and right corner) and managed to damage all four wheels. My wheels are black so it’s pretty obvious when they curb the wheels. 3. They never once approached me first and admitted damaging my car. I relied always on my eyes to inspect the car before getting into the car and when there was something off, I would reference the many photos I took every single time after dropping off the car. 4. Compensation rarely happens. No one really takes responsibility. If you need to talk to someone, talk to the the main manager of iPark who is off-site. Don’t waste time talking to the on-site manager. 5. I saw the drivers damaging customer cars in real time while maneuvering inside the garage. Brand new truck had it’s from left wheel curbed really badly. Valet driver gets out, takes a look, realizes that I saw it and walks away. No idea if the owner of the car ever got compensated for that. 6. Worst part is that the on-site manager tried to blame me for damaging another customers car when I drove off. That day he conveniently asked me to take my car out myself which was on the upper floor across the valet office. 30 minutes later I get a call from the manager claiming I damaged a car’s rear left bumper. But I have a on board dash camera which records 24/7 front and rear and I checked immediately and there was no way I have even touched that car. Later on it turns out that it was his wife’s car and he put my car behind that car and asked me to drive out myself in order to blame me. There’s more to tell but just be aware that if you care about your car, protect yourself by taking many photos before parking and after picking up the car. The garage doesn’t turn on all their surveillance cameras (stating they are broken) so going through surveillance footage won’t be helpful. FYI, I drive a Porsche and the multiple damages to the front and wheels cost me a lot to restore. The old valet person who drives a Jeep Wrangler is the only great employee who handled cars with care."
