"I found the need to write a review based on the fact that my experience was so much different than previous reviews. The drop off was quick and easy, staff was very nice. Pick up of the car after a big show at Barclays took about 40 minutes. There were a lot of people in front us so it made sense. I have no complaints. Very easy in and out for a show of that size and this lot is right across the street from an entrance to Barclays."

"One of the worst place to park your car. Came to retrieve my car after the event and had to wait for almost 3 hours. There was only one elevator working. Everybody was pissed off because of the wait time. My brothers parked somewhere else around a couple blocks away and had their car out with 10 15 minutes."

"not only was the wait 2+ hours to retrieve the car, they STOLE money from inside my vehicle. DO NOT go here, if you do, expect to wait a very long time and be met with extreme unprofessionalism. disgusting and unacceptable behavior."

"Aler,I park my car with no damage in june the attendance return it with a big hit on the side the manager said that's how it came in the cops came they told me to file a incident report the manager guarantee the cops and I the video will proof the truth what happens inside their garage today is October 20 I just spoke with my insurance company whom send text make phone calls i call the police present fleet responce spook to a lady cindy trying to get some assistance t to receive the video they refused. On your website you said you have video savalance give the video to my insurance company please also were is the owner garage is out off hand I have (no star star shine not lie)"

"UPDATE: I was reached out to by the manager and offered not only my Uber to be refunded but a free parking pass. She filled up with me and I appreciated their initiative to correct a customer’s experience with their business. We chose to use the pass at a parking garage a few blocks from BARCLAYS for our next event and although it was less crowded it was still singularly staffed for the event and as people filtered in it began to be a problem. Thankfully I left my event early to be the mass exodus. HORRIBLE. Understaffed with 1 driver to retrieve cars after a big event. Line was down the block, customers were upset. My husband is disabled and could not stand up anymore after an hour and we had to leave our vehicle there and take a $55 Uber home after paying $65 to park."
