"I have been going to this place for years when it was Hess before they changed the name. The attendant is a DJ so he's the reason why I go because he is very friendly with his customers. I went there this morning (08/01/2022) to get air in my tires because the one I have in my car is a bit slower and I was in a rush. The machine took my $2 and the attendants that were there were laughing and said the it wasn't working. I was so mad. I asked the cashier why was it they don't have a sign saying that it's out of order. I told her it was their responsibility to let the customers know it's not working but she said that it's not their machine. I told her that she was wrong and they're supposed to make sure that the equipment is working. I finally told the that her service sucked."

"Always have to go to window to get gas pumped! What's the point of asking if I have a card or cash? Just to tell me to visit the window when I say card. It's one older guy who is here, he likes to play his music, and he is the only decent one. He'll move quick on pumping your gas and take your card at the pump.... Always a line for the window!!!!"

"I’m not sure why I stopped here when bp is a minute away and they are my usual go to for gas. Saturday morning I used my card to buy $10 gas. They charged my card $100.00. I now remember the guy was very shaking after giving me my card back with no recipient. I felt the need to ask for it but I was in a rush. I checked my account later that day $100.00 was taken. I immediately called my bank and was told it could be a hold. Which I never had to deal with before. Was told it should fall off by Monday when it posts to my account. Well it’s Tuesday it has posted and the total is still $100.00.! I’m just going to file a police report right along with my bank investigation. Especially because I received $10.00 worth of gas. Wonder how many people that “mistake” has happen to."
