"This Icon Parking Garage was convenient for parking but expensive to park. The entrance and exit lanes are so narrow and unsafe, it’s not enough of driving space in each lane to enter and exit the parking garage at the same time. If you park here, be patient this parking garage gets pretty busy and crowded."

"Been a monthly here parker here for a long time and can say the entire team is incredible. The staff are super friendly, my car is always ready when requested (and if it’s not, they will RUN to get it for me as quickly as possible). The on-site managers are very flexible, and are great to interact and work with. The way they've managed the increased demand (due to the closure of 2 other very large, neighboring parking garages) and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment. Their dedication to excellent service, promptness, and adaptability, especially during challenging times, is truly impressive."

"I valeted my car with the Beekman hotel nearby the night of 3/3. Had it dropped back at the hotel the next morning but didn’t notice the large scratch they made on my back fender.
