"This garage is incredible. Not only is it very clean, the employees are courteous, kind and thoughtful AND they know how to drive. I have been parking here for years and thank goodness it is here. SP+ Parking = A+"

"You have to walk down to the level where you left your car to retrieve it, unlike other garages where you wait in front and they bring your car up. That in itself is not a problem but I was a little confused about how to pay since I had prepaid through a parking app. When the attendant came out, I asked to make sure I understood the instructions that were posted amongst the many signs that were on the office window. He was so rude, when he could have simply just said yes to what I asked him. It's not like there were any other people around waiting that he needed to be so short and sarcastic. The valets downstairs though were very nice."

"Do not park here. When we arrived to get our car, we paid first at the machine, which gives you a 15-minute window to get your car. We went downstairs to where the valet was. There were lots of people waiting, as well as lots of people walking around trying to find the attendant. The attendant finally arrived and took our ticket to get our car. It’s unclear where you’re supposed to wait, or where the line is. We finally get the car and are told to insert the ticket when we leave. Because we had waited 20 minutes, the 15-minute window had passed, and we had to pay an extra $9 to exit. Rather than wait forever and try to find the only person working there, we paid because we needed to leave and get going. Worst parking experience ever. Just find a different garage if you can. It wasn’t the attendant’s fault; clearly the place is understaffed. He was friendly and doing the best he could."
