"Unfortunately, after parking my car there regularly for the last year and change, I can’t bring myself to spend another dollar parking here. Since the first day I parked here, I noticed the abandoned vehicles with broken windows and thought nothing of it. Turns out those abandoned vehicles are home to some individuals who have nothing better to do than to vandalize other vehicles. Long story short, after 3 incidents with my vehicle and nothing being done as a result, I would suggest anyone looking to find parking to look elsewhere. It would’ve cost me less to eat a parking ticket than to deal with the damage to my vehicle. Park here at your own risk. Management will do nothing to solve your situation."

"01/31/2024 - WARNING. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. ⚠️‼️89-35 162nd street, Jamaica, NY 11432‼️⚠️ Today I had a doctor’s visit in the area and decided i should park my car in a safe spot. I went to this garage thinking it would be safe and sound. I come back 2 hours later, pay for my parking ticket and go up to the 3rd floor to find my brand new Cadillac Escalade broken into. I called 911, (they didnt show up, or even follow up with a call) A lot of the locals told me that this parking lot is accessible to kids that come to the parking lot regularly to light up a joint. I walk back down to the counter and ask if they have any Camera footage this woman said you gotta call the cops. There was 0 cameras in this facility, The parking ticket clearly states that the owner is responsible for theft vandalism and everything of that sort. Please do not waste your money here. My repairs today will cost me $613 including the parking ticket + My vehicle now will depreciate in value due to this incident. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PARKING IN THIS LOT!"

"This place was absolutely necessary as I was visiting a local business and I’m not familiar with the area … I parked here around noon and the local streets were really busy and made finding a metered not free parking next to impossible- So I was glad to pay for a space … It’s all automated- grab a ticket upon entry ,,,keep that ticket with you ,,,when you go back to the garage- go to the kiosk and enter that said ticket ,,,pay,,,go back to your car and enter the ticket at the gate and you’re go to go."

"Nice and convenient to park safely without getting a ticket or driving around for hours. Close walk to all the shopping areas. There is a lot of space. The price is very reasonable. The only thing is, using the stairs is very filthy from people peeing in there I guess. It smells and looks nasty."
