"Do not use these Jamaica, Queens so-called parking services. They are all a scam run by hustlers and when the jig is up they change their name. They park your car in any public place. They don’t have a lot. It’s all a scam. You’ve been warned."
"My license plate was stolen off my car in their lot. They hadn't noticed. After a long international flight I then had to make a police report and later drive home to Michigan without a plate. The bathroom was completely run-down and unclean with water leaking everywhere. There was also a new small scrape on my car which they claimed was already there. I will say that one of the gentlemen helping us was genuinely sorry about the situation with the plate and tried to be helpful and kind."
"I had very bad experience with this operator. Their shuttle can fit only 5-6 people. The round-trip to JFK and back was 1 h. I brought the car to them, saw the shuttle leaving the lot because it was full. The driver said he will be back in 40 min, instead he was back in 1 h. While I waited, two other couples called taxi and left. If they did not, all the people remaining would not fit again. Because of this and another complication, I missed my flight and had to pay $1,500 for the ticket change and hotel, and lost one day of my vacation. These people should not be allowed to do this. And they should clearly say that their shuttle is tiny and do not rely on it"
"We dropped off our car and the shuttle wasn't there, apparently there were battery problems with it. A guy who works there offered to use our car to drop us off at the airport. I always take a picture of the mileage before I leave and my car has location tracker as well. When I got back I saw that the car had been driven 100 miles. This is really inappropriate."
"Horrible Experience. Waited 2 hours for airport pickup in the freezing cold. Icing on the cake, they caused over $3,000.00 in damage to my vehicle. They pretend they can't speak English, say the owner is sick or on vacation. Filed a police report against them and was told they have tons of complaints for damage and unauthorized use as they like to take joy rides while you are away!!! Hope these guys learn to speak English for small claims court! Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!"
