"Oil change manager if you want to call him the manager is rude. Stop by today for an oil change approached him with a good good morning. All I asked was how long is the wait and right from the door starts screaming if you don’t wanna Wait get out of here. all I did was politely ask how long it was, Extremely bad customer service. End up going down the street to sharp auto spa Night and Day Better Everything Better service better oil oil better car wash Forget this place I will never go back over there He isn’t going far with that attitude"

"I just got a Car wash here and arrived at my destination. Now that I was looking for my quarters to pay for parking, I noticed that the cleaning staff had robbed me of my 20 dollars in quarters. I couldn't believe they didn't take a little bit or half to hide it at least; they took all of it on top of that, they didn't wash my carpets or vacuum the carpets, and under the carpets, this is the worst car wash experience I ever had in my life I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy this is unbelievable."

"If you want your car washed properly then don't come here. Spoke to manager to have the car go through again and was told that it needs detailing. So I asked, why his staffed wouldn't advise me the customer that car wash wouldn't remove everything. His response,... its common sense you should know. Then proceeds to say, if this was his car he would be happy with the results as it took alot but not all. In the end, I paid for a service that wasn't fully performed. Manager didn't even try to resolve the issue. He would rather lose business instead of trying to solve issue. Didn't even offer to try and sell me on a car detailing or a discount to try and resolve it. While getting more business and making the customer happy. Manager with no skill set in negotiating a mutual resolution. Oh well they don't need the business until they do. Four oil changes and at least Six car washes lost per year simply because Manager wanted to show who's boss. I'm sure owners would love to know that a $5 resolution cost them $600+ a year."
