"NEVER come here, and if I could rate this company with zero stars I would. On the website it says there is a shuttle every ten minutes, and we had to wait an hour to get picked up. Three different drivers called us to say they were coming to get us and never showed up. There is no set pick-up location at the airport so we had to walk all over to find our driver. The front desk people were not approachable or friendly, and they hung up on us when we called to ask where our driver was. If you want to wait an hour for your shuttle and deal with unprofessional people then this is the place for you!"
"BEWARE!!! They charged me an extra $70 if I paid cash or $98 if I paid with card. Extra!! I already had a reservation and paid online. The said pay or get out. Which I guarantee they would not have refunded me what I had already paid. They know we were there for a flight and didn't have time to find somewhere else to park so I would be forced to pay or miss my flight. So Wrong!! The drivers were very nice kids and were very reliable. I will never use them again though unfortunately though."
"Due to an unexpected emergency with Amtrak, I needed to drive to Newark airport instead. My daughter found this place which had room for me with little notice. When I arrived, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was immediately shuttled to the airport and was in time for my flight. Upon my return three weeks later, I called for pickup. A few minutes later Abdul called me and told me which van to look for and how long it would be before he arrived (5 min). When we got back to the lot, they had already pulled my car upfront, all ready to go. My car was in excellent condition. Everyone I encountered was super kind and professional. My daughter, who found the lot for me, also said they were very helpful on the phone. Highly recommend. Would use again."
