"The staff didn't speak English but was willing to help. Communication is key when you're trying to convey what you want done and understand what they're trying to tell you. I wasn't comfortable in the setting. The area was kinda creepy. Once you turned into it, their was no backing out of there. I don't know the area and Google everything. No one greeted me to explain how things worked there. I waited awhile then got out of my vehicle to inquire what I should do. I wasn't sure that went over well. They were vertically challenged in stature so I could see them struggling to reach on top of the vehicle to soap it. When water was all over the windshield, you couldn't see where you were going to steer the vehicle. My vehicle wasn't properly cleaned and it certainly didn't have the shine on the tires or protective coating on the vehicle. I gave them my card and was charged $14 which told me that they clearly didn't understand what I wanted. I gave them 3 stars b/c the people were nice and trying their best with the language being a barrier."
