One Parking

"Great parking, I always park here when I need to go to the city, there are always spots and it’s very secure, the PATH station is right next to it"

"I would give 1 star for location. It is conveniently located, but the staff... Probably some of the worst staff I've encountered. I park here daily depending on who you get will determine which exit is open and expect to get yelled at if you don't have a crystal ball to guess which door it is. This is mostly for the early morning staff. The upkeep of the building is going down. One of the turn style doors had been down for months. The scanner to exit sits too far back and requires you to hang out the window to get out. And let's not forget that garage floods when it rains or snow melts. Also there is no grace period with your ticket. Don't come in a minute before or leave a couple minutes late, you will get charged an extra $20."

"Proximity to Exchange Place PATH makes this very convenient. Emptied out the car and parked it for 4 days without any hitch. Used Parkwhiz for significant savings on posted rates."

"NEVER PARK HERE! I booked and paid online for 4 hours parking. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the booked entry time and left 1 hour and 20 minutes earlier than the booked exit time. They asked me to pay $17 extra. What's even worse was the old man who was supposed to come to HELP. He was rude and accused me "you guys don't read the booking". I told him that I was aware of the early arrival because I couldn't predict the traffic but I did leave early so that I was not occupying long hours than I booked. He just kept saying "you guys don't read, you guys should read" in a very rude attitude. Good luck if you decide to park here. You might be good if you don't have to deal with any human. but if you do, be prepared for the unhelpful help."

"Didn't have any issues parking here. Parked overnight here 2 nights while staying at the hotel next door. Hotel provided a discounted rate through the use of a scanned code. Elevators don't have buttons inside but rather on a control panel outside the elevator."
