"Great location if you want to get around in the popular area of the LES. Don't be 10 minutes early, the attendant laughs at you and charges accordingly. Very busy street! Even late at night."

"All three attendants today, Saturday 4/6, were beyond rude and attempted to charge an additional $51 dollars even though we had a reservation. The large sign on the wall states $9.30 for 1/2 hour, however the man argued that since we were 4 minutes early he needed to charge us $31. When I questioned why it wouldn’t just be the additional $9.30 price, he got angry and was yelling to get out."

"You get lured in by the super super cheap parking (at first) and the super convenient spot but they don’t inform you ahead of time of the TWENTY DOLLAR FEE MINIMUM that they charge if your car is anything even marginally bigger than a sedan. Massive amount of posted signs mentioning different fees that they can and WILL charge you for if you do “X” thing in each different posted warning. Overall, it’s super cheap, don’t bring anything bigger than a sedan, and DO NOT lose the ticket they give you in a beginning. They will charge you an exorbitant amount about it regardless of how much other information you have present to prove your the vehicles owner."

"STAY AWAY! Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful! Managers are just as bad and condone the behavior. My friends and I parked here as part of our stay with Indigo Hotel (beautiful hotel btw). The parking attendant gave incorrect pricing; hiking the price. Honestly felt as though his behavior stemmed from racism. The gentleman began CLOSING THE GATE ON OUR CAR when we told him the $100+ price he was telling us contradicts the prices posted on the wall. He began to get belligerent and brought down the gate again, yelling and being extremely rude. The next morning, his manager spoke on his behalf. He refused to listen to our side of the story, spoke over us and refused the request to review camera footage to see his employee closing the gate on us on multiple accounts. Told us to just call the 1-800 number on the wall, which did not work. Pictures of the attendant as he was pressing the button to bring down the gate. Attendant also refused to give his name and hotel security needed to be called."
