"We weren't aware that our Honda Pilot would have an extra $35 charge when we prepaid and chose this site. They were aware enough to let us know when we first pulled in and told us we can pay the upcharge when we leave. When leaving, it took them 30 minutes to find the car, figure out the prepay info through the app, and to have us pay the extra. Way too long for such an exchange to occur. Workers were kind, but the owner needs to update the system!"

"Drove in ,in a suv nissan xterra, they told me $79.99 for this vehicle, even thou their prices were different, came back 3 hours later ,had to pay a total of $94 with tax, to expensive...an xterra is the same length as a toyota camrt only a lot taller......do not recomend"

"5/25/17 Be aware, employees there are careless. It's a third time when my $60,000 Lexus car was scratched. The employee admitted his fault and when I did a claim it was denied. Stating that their employees are cautions and the scratches that I paid for $1100 to repair my 4 month old car is not a big of a deal. Be aware, you will not get anything if they damage your car."
