"Terrible place to give business to. Their management and communication is subpar, the staff is very rude, they tried to charge an extra $25 on us on top of the $60+ parking. They made the process awfully complicated when it comes to entry/exit. They kept us over time and tried to charge us for not leaving on the set time, we came in 10 minutes before our time was up but kept us over 20 minutes with the over complicated process. I do not recommend, a bunch of scammers"

"This place is a scam. They take forever to get your car then charge you $44 for being a minute past your reservation even if u use them daily. No loyalty back for loyal Customers. Do not recommend. There’s a good one at 320 Albany down the street"

"First this gets 2 stars for the cleanliness, as well as for the friendliness of the valet staff, However that is all that is a positive. What a SCAM! Advertised outside Weekend Parking, 35$, for convenience I elected to park there, as opposed to 22$ up the road. However I go and request my car, and it rings up 88$. After discussing with the manager, I was informed that the 35$ is the rate from 10AM-10PM, and that I missed it because I came in at 6:38AM. When I spoke to staff in the morning I was informed 35$, so you can imagine my shock at the 88$, yet alone the solution of charging me 60$ (as it was the best they can do)…25$ more than expected. I am so Annoyed, I don’t normally leave negative reviews to places, but this has left me with making the exception. Break out your magnifying glass because the fine print is that tiny, and stay away from this SCAM of a parking deck!"

"Update: Management reached out and resolved the issue. Happy with the response. Thank you! Original Post: Normally I have a good experience here. Today, the valets were excellent, as usual. However, the payment system wanted to charge me $103 instead of the $68 I owed. It took the business 45 min to figure out how to let me out of the garage, so I waited 45 min and paid $68. I would think the business would either solve the problem more quickly or provide a discount for waiting for 45min to be let out of the garage."

"Someone stayed in my car during the time I left my car at the parking. Gas level went down, car was super cold and found an unknown music CD when I got in my car. Seems like someone with access to my car got in turned the air conditioner all the way and played music for a while. On top of that, the attendant at the time of picking up the car was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After waiting for him to help us getting our car back, he decides to ignore us while we were standing in front of him. After that, he took all the time possible to get our keys and bring our car back to us assisting other people in between. After we asked him if he could help with our vehicle, the attendant finally got in the car and hit the gas as if he was racing, stopping with the transmission using parking potentially to cause damage to my car and even couldn’t indicate the exit for us to leave. At that point, we just decided to leave very disappointing and not waste our time confronting him. Overall, I’d have payed 35$ just for not using this parking and avoid the horrible service. I’ll be further inspecting my car and update this review on yelp and Google in hopes that this can be viewed by other fellows and avoid the terrible experience. Note: I parked during the afternoon on the weekend, and never seen staff so unprofessional."
