"As the other reviews stated they will charge you more than what you’ve prepaid online. Today they asked me for an extra $15 . When I asked why they said I was here longer than the duration then when I showed him the receipt and the times on it he changed his reason to the size of my vehicle for the up charge . Even though the size make and model was entered in when the booking was made. I go to my car and he quickly radioed to the driver who then tried to quickly pull my car into the lift. I had to stand on the lift with my car so they could’nt take it away and call the police . The valet driver seemed nice and reluctantly admitted that this is a frequent thing that they do with the up charge scam. Buyer beware!"
