"first time at this place, and I asked for the inside and outside to be fully cleaned. They completely failed to clean the inside with any level of care then argued with me that to clean the inside like I asked would be a different level of service before walking off as if it was not their problem or care. Poor customer service."
"I am very disappointed with this place. I was there for the second time and there will be no third time. quality of cleaning is very bad! the car is not clean. never again . I don't recommend this place"
"So I’m not sure if this is a coincidence or what, I kind of think it isn’t. But I took my car to GP Car Wash earlier today for a basic wash and interior clean. Everything was good. I was driving just now later in the day and flipped my visor down to block the sun from my eyes. I didn’t see it at first, but eventually my eyes focused right on the $20 bill sticking out of the visor like in the photo. While it’s possible I put the $20 there and don’t remember doing that, I don’t think I would have put it sticking out like that for fear of the wind grabbing it. I think it maybe fell out of the visor while they were cleaning and rather than stealing it, they left it for me to find. Honestly I would not expect this from anyone and it’s incredibly honest and refreshing. I did leave a decent tip but now I feel like it wasn’t enough. Thanks GPCW!"
"Slow service! Cashier/owner blames and shames ur banking for paying with Apple Pay and claims some banks don’t work with his device without taking any accountability to just update his system of taking payment especially when they are charging more a shoddy cleanup"
