"I park at the location on 246 market street and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the staff there. The manager Robert A. and Moses Awuah greet me kindly every morning. I feel safe and comfortable knowing they are there. They are also patient with everyone, even when it’s busy for events."

"Booked the parking with ParkWhiz at 246 Market St, from 9am to 9pm, dropped the car at around 9:30am, gave the booking sheet to the attendant and off we go. But when we came back at around 8:30pm, the attendant asked us if we have a spare key! He blamed us not telling him that we are picking up after 8pm (which was clearly on the booking sheet). He asked us to use our spare key to drive the car to another location to pick up our original key! Plus, he charged us additional $1 for being late! At night, in the middle of a dark parking lot, when a tall and strong dude asked for $1, you don't want to argue. So i gave him the $1, and follow the address he gave to me to the new location, and the address led us to the middle of a highway ramp! so we called the number he gave to us earlier, and luckily the guy at the other location told us the correct address (He missed a zero on the street number!). That was a terrible experience, wasting us lots of time and caused unnecessary stress. So we cancelled all the parking reservation with this location for the next few dates and went to somewhere else to park."

"It's so green. Please whoever is paying for this parking. Keep paying your making a great investment into this ever developing adult park/parking lot. Access is wonderful"

"Service would be fine if attendants were actually there. Many times I have arrived fifteen minutes after the posted opening time to find that there are no staff present and they slowly drive in at 20-30 minutes past opening. Today I got there after it should have been open for 35 minutes and while the lights were on the attendant was nowhere to be found. I waited for another ten minutes of nobody showing up and left to park somewhere else. Ridiculous. You’re losing money to the competition just because their people actually show up to work."
