"Easy parking for a 3pm show at NJPAC. It was $10 with SpotHero (would've been $25 without it). The attendant was friendly and helpful : I parked one level up and got to keep my keys. Getting out was easy also."

"I saw the reviews and decided to chance it. I’m glad I came. I can tell they recently did an upgrade here—it’s not like some of the pictures posted in other reviews. Staff are friendly! Place is at least $10 cheaper than the official NJPAC parking lot during events. If you book in advance for an event, it’s still the event rate but you get a guaranteed spot."

"ARMY COMBAT VETERAN Review: I paid for parking through app. Tried to leave, was told I needed to pay more money to leave. Tried to explain I paid through app, Assistant Manager pointed to sign that said a different price then what I paid. Ended with me and the attendant cursing each other out. Really close to swinging on each other. Hate that feeling of being extorted!!"

"First time using this facility. Bradley was so professional and extremely helpful. My son was dancing at the St Patrick's day parade and Bradley gave me wonderful service. He asked me where I was going and gave perfect directions. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Will absolutely use this garage again and tell others about it."
