"I have parked my vehicle here for 8 hours [ 9 AM to 5 PM ] , i was under the impression that the parking would cost me around 15$ , but have been charged 30 $ . The attendant mentioned its due to event but 80% of the parking lot is vacant Not sure how can I know in advance if my scheduled date conflicts with any event ."
"This was actually a multilevel structure. Walking back to the street you can see Prudential Center across the street, diagonally to the right. Parking is easy. No valet parking. The only problem was when we were leaving, scanned the Park Whiz app and were expected to pay additional fees. When reserving the parking In the app, we paid for the allotted time that states time covers 2hrs. before and after event. It says nothing about additional fees. The sign outside the lot, with event price, was the same as the app. We strongly discussed this with the attendant, who has, apparently, discussed this with others and said management needs to be addressed. We did not pay additional fees. It is a very convenient location. I would park here again, however, won't do that until I discuss fee issue first."
"50 bucks for event nights, go early and find a spot to easily get out, although you will still definitely stuck in the exit for half an hour guaranteed. Coming back next time for blackpink tour"
"OMG!! This huge parking has ONLY ONE EXIT!!!!! Seriously???!!!! We are stuck in this parking after a concert in Prudential Center. Cars are coming everywhere to get out from one exit! Look at the pictures cars are tangled. We had to wait soooooo long! ADD ONE MORE EXIT TO THIS PARKING!"
