"Was stuck for 45+ minutes because the exit gate wouldn't open. Was stuck with 50 other vehicles during a family emergency and could not get my car out. No customer service number ever, 'I repeat ever' answers phone calls. No backup gate for exits during any emergency. There are few positives, but it all pales in comparison to the issues."

"UPDATE: After speaking to the “manager”, he stated as a monthly Parker, I’m not allowed to park on the MONTHLY spots. The sign clearly says for “Monthly Parkers”. How does this make sense??? The worst parking garage ever, especially if you’re a monthly parker - I park on the reserved for monthly’s spots and I was yelled at by an employee that I can’t park there, even though I told him I’m a monthly parker. This place is being managed by a bunch of clowns. It’s ridiculous. They only give the monthly reserved spots to people they know."

"HORRIBLE customer service. I had a monthly permit in this garage for almost 4 years, and the company continued to make unauthorized withdrawals from my account for months after I had it cancelled. I spoke with customer service, who assured me I would see a refund in my bank account within a few business days. 5 MONTHS LATER and I still have not received a refund. It takes them a week to respond to any emails, and the only update I ever receive is that they are "waiting for a response" from someone else."

"Horrible customer service!!! I parked in this garage for a year as a monthly customer. But when I moved out of the apartment and cancel my monthly parking member before the end of the month, they charged me for next month too. When I reached out to their office, the lady is either out of office or she says we will process. I went there more than 10 times and she said to call the customer service on my last visit. I tried calling the customer service too but they said there is no credit. This garage just took my money for a month when I did not even park and I legally canceled on the 27th on month before I moved out and they still charged me for the another month and NEVER REFUNDED my money. WORST Customer Service EVER!!!! That's how you treat your loyal monthly customer for a year. Thanks."
