"We were foreigners with a rental staying a couple of days around Wash Sq Park. First day we got lucky with a curbside (free) parking, but when we had to clear that spot, I was circling 50 mins to find another free spot - simply impossible. This garage was just fine, staff is to the point in communication. Picking up stuff in between was easy peasy. Our car was put upstairs by elevator, so it took about 6 mins to get the car back; no scratches, no problems. We paid 46 US-$ per 24 hrs, which was fine in comparison in the internet and also to friends we interviewed. (Midtown we saw available offers around 90/120 US-$ per 24 hrs...) Short walk from B/D-train. All good."

"Avoid this garage. I prepaid online and also paid the supersize charge for my extra large SUV. As soon as I told them it’s prepaid I could see the change in their attitudes. They didn’t like it. Maybe because they make less?? I don’t know, but they tried to scam me saying I didn’t pay the “supersize charge”. They tried to charge me the extra $15 again and then said it was only $5 and I told them I’m not paying anything additional because it was paid appropriately in full. When I returned to get my vehicle they said next time they won’t honor the online reservation. I filed a complaint with Parkwhiz. Don’t give them any additional money. If you have to, call the cops. They’re crooks"

"What a disgrace! We paid for parking through Spot Hero And as we pulled up, a rude jerk waved us off and said, “There is no space.” I said “we already paid” and he said “Too bad. We don’t have room. Not my problem.” Then Spot Hero wouldn’t refund me, just gave me a spot hero credit. I will never use this garage or Spot Hero again. Boo!!!!!!"

"They were rude to me when i asked them if i could charge my car in there. Overall service was awful and expensive and they made me pay more for not leaving my key in the car. I told them if they called me I could start the car then when i came in to pick it up they complained to me saying the car would not start. I asked them why they didnt call me and they said they didnt have my number. When one of the workers had written it on their form the day before. Then when they took the car out they scratched the front corner and refused to give me a refund. AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE."
