"This attendant is probably one of the unhappiest people I have met. That is the politest way of putting it. I see the others comments here. I did not read these comments before booking, so approached him as genially as I could but could not even have proper conversation. He has an odd approach, I pulled my own car out ( he asked me to) since he was parking another. (I park on the City and help my own garage attendants out sometimes that way if they are busy, so I don't mind) There was a scratch on the car I had not noticed before so I brought it up but of course it was not received well. All in all, avoid parking here unless you don't have a choice. If you do, just keep in mind he is not very friendly, I don't think he means to be unfriendly."
"The actual worst lot I've ever had the displeasure of leaving my car in. I was running late for plans (my fault) and scraped my newly-restored rim on the NARROWEST parking entrance I've ever seen (again, my fault). I don't drive a big car (mid-size sedan). When I met the attendant, he had to be the single rudest person in the whole city. Obviously after ruining my wheel I was distressed, and running late, and the attendant moved in literal slow motion. I was almost in tears with how slow the man moved. I didn't catch his name, but he's the one with the merged fingers (no offense about this, it's the only way I could identify him). He was rude and dismissive about the fact that I was rushing. After I told him I'm in a hurry, he told me to wait while he wasted time moseying around the garage. I would give 0 stars if I could. That man needs to be FIRED. Avoid this garage at literally all costs. There's a reason it's so cheap."
"The attendant, Solomon C. is THE rudest man. There is a sign at the entrance that says pull to the right. As I did so he began yelling at me to back up and that I must come straight. I did so. He came back from parking a car and there was one other to park. He starts yelling again that I should have come straight. I pointed to the sign and he still wanted to argue. I told him I was in a rush and could he check me in and let me go. Again. Yelling. "Don't tell me you're in a rush! Don't you see I have to park this car?!" I actually begged him to check me in and then park the cars. He walked off and got into the car. He returned. Scanned my QR code, then began walking an extremely slow circle around my car while I begged for the ticket. When he finally handed it to me I called him a jerk and quickly snatched it. I don't know why this man took this type of job when he has such a disdain for people and the service he provides. I won't be back here. Neither should Solomon C."
"Friday, November 18th - 4:10pm Had a sign saying lot was full. My pregnant wife walked down the ramp to show her SpotHero reservation. The attendant yelled at her and asked why was she blocking the lot. He then ignored, walked away from her and helped someone else. He's a coward for yelling at a woman and is lucky it wasn't me. If you hate your job, go work somewhere else."
"Terrible experience and customer service. The gate to enter the lot was open, so I drove down, and the rude parking attendant told me at that time that the lot was full and I had to go back up. Then why didn’t you close the gate?? Then I proceeded to try to turn my car around as there is only one exit/entrance and the rude attendant starts yelling at me to REVERSE my car up out of the lot. Mind you this is a curved, narrow one way single entrance/exit. I eventually was able to reverse, but had a terrible experience with others behind me as well trying to enter. Don’t ever come here. For the management, if you’re full close the gate and don’t get upset at customers if when they enter when it is your fault. Ridiculous."
