"Dont park here! Would give zero stars if possible. The sign reads 24/7 daily rates $6/ half hour. We were quoted $10 because it was "after 3p". Again, this rate change isnt on the sign. The staff tried to upsell saying it wasnt enough time for us to get to Carlos bakery, we stuck to the 30 minutes, went to the bakery and back in 10 min. Upon getting back into the jeep, we noticed the staff charged us $15 instead of the original $10 he quoted us."
"I would like to report a incorrect behavior from an employee tonight, Saturday August 17th, 2019 at 9:35pm, when we came back to pick up our car after a day spent in the city. The employee brought our car at very high speed in the parking lot, changing the automatic transmission to "park" as the car was still running high speed, which everybody knows damages the transmission. I am very unhappy with this parking lot. I think this employee should not work as a parking valet as he does not take car of clients cars. Taking care of clients cars is the definition of a parking valet job."
"Wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is an absolute rip off. Was told it would cost $17 for 2 hours which is absolutely fine. Then once I came back to pay it magically goes to $22 for oversize. I have parked all over NYC and Hudson County. This is the only lot that I have gotten hit for oversize. DO NOT PARK HERE unless you enjoy parking attendants that smirk while they are ripping you off."
"So I read the other reviews and thought to myself, "these must just be the bad cases. I'm sure I'll be fine." As it turns out, the average experience with this lot is exactly as these other people describe, and I would give them zero stars if that were possible. Immediately after pulling into the lot, one of the workers approached us and gestured for the keys. We ask him if the online coupon is valid and if we can redeem it from a smartphone; he assured us (in no uncertain terms) that it would be accepted. We were quite upset to find out later that it was not accepted, and we were treated with absolute disregard as we were charged $22 instead of $17. Their clerk would not work with us, would not acknowledge the disinformation provided by their worker, and it was clear that they didn't care about their customers one single bit. We also noted on our receipt that they marked damage on all four sides of our car (a car that had never seen a single collision and had no marks). Luckily, we did not notice any additional damage afterwards, but it is clear that others have. All in all, their location is convenient, but find another lot. They don't give a crap about you or your car, and will lie to your face to make a few bucks."
"I read the bad reviews but elected to park here anyway because of its proximity to the PATH train station that I was using - BIG mistake. Employees were very rude when I pulled in to inquire about parking, grumbling something and pointing to me to pull ahead. When I asked about the rate, they quoted me a price $5 higher than the rate posted on their entry sign. I told them I had a coupon and they looked at me with disgust. Upon return, the lot was noticeably emptier and they greeted me a little more friendly than the first time. When I went to pay, they charged me $22 instead of the $17 quoted on my coupon. Asked for an explanation but could not understand the employee's response. At that point I was so tired, hot, and hungry that I paid the $22 and left. I made the mistake of not checking my vehicle for damage and when I got to my hotel, I noticed a 1 inch wide dent and 2 large scratches on my passenger door. Another reviewer warned of this experience and I wished I had listened. Although this parking lot location is convenient, save yourself trouble and look for a different lot."
