SP+ Parking

"I have been the victim of theft twice in this Metropolis garage. Hundreds of dollars of items stolen, including the license plate off my vehicle! Exorbitant monthly rates for 0 protection, vehicle damage, and constant thefts."

"Horrible. I have been a monthly parking pass user for a couple of years now. This garaged changed owners/management from SP+, which was fine, about a year ago to Metropolis who installed their new "amazing AI" automatic gates.... - Been stuck behind a non operating gate MANY times now. - The number you call for help takes AGES to actually reach a human being to talk to.... only to have them tell you there's nothing they can do for you. - We've had items stolen while our car was parked AND they just increased their rates. I emailed to get ANYTHING as a result of all of this... laughable. My feedback was "invaluable" however my "issues" were worth $0.00 as noted in the same email reply I got from them when I brought all of these issues up.... Park elsewhere if you can, unless you like the rush of potentially being stuck behind a gate that won't open, talking to a robot for 15 minutes before getting no help from their help line, and an operator that won't care after all of it happens"

"Such a cool place! Great deals on neat Japanese bowls, cups, tea sets, meow bowls. They have old style umbrellas and hand held fans. Will definitely be back. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some dressed in costume, can you spot them?"

"Absolutely rude, condescending staff, rushes you off the phone (as if there’s a line around the block of customers). With very little traffic, I do not understand the need to respond with poor attitudes, no manners and act too busy to answer parking garage related questions. For a hefty monthly rate you’d think they would be a bit more helpful."

"wish I could select negative but have no option. paid my car in public parking around and they put $75 fine and boot. This is ridiculous. paid immediately but still was intentionally made to wait more than an hour. guy in that is so rude and have no sense to talk to. will never ever use this parking anytime."
