"Location is good for the PATH, prices are expensive but that's just NYC as usual. Some of the complaints about small spaces are valid. Otherwise, I mean it's a parking lot. You don't go there for luxury. You go just to park your car lol"
"Absolutely terrible experience. Do not park here if you have anything other than a smart car. The spots are super tight. I was blocked in by other parked cars and was just told to come back in the morning. So two Ubers later I was able to get my car the next morning. DO NOT PARK HERE! Better off parking illegally and pay the fine or just driving the car straight into the river"
"I had parked with SP Plus in Hoboken, NJ for one month and was the most horrible customer service experience. Firstly, their entire website is a mess of broken links and errors and I called to set up monthly parking only to be scolded that I can do this online not on the phone. I then had issues with the garage its self and my 3rd time using the pass it charged me $20 to get out of the garage. With no one on site at the garage it took me over 2 weeks to get my money back. The garage itself is filthy and smelly and over all not designed well. The spots are barely labeled and there is construction equipment thrown about everywhere. It is straight out of a horror movie. Lastly, I called and cancelled my monthly parking pass on August 16th was told it was cancelled. I check my credit card on September 7th and find they have charged me the monthly rate of $327 again. Getting anyone to respond, let alone even apologize for their mess up has been impossible. I do not recommend using them at all."
"Terrible place to park for several reasons: 1. Double Charging: I prepaid 6 hours using Park Mobile, yet it does not allow me to scan the bar code at the exit, and charged me $26 for 4 hours of parking, talked with the helpline, yet unwilling to resolve the issue; 2. Extremely Narrow: most cars are double parked, because the space is really narrow (won't be able to open door if two cars parked side by side), the surroundings are dusty and scary looking, girls, watch out! 3. On the wall everywhere says bring the ticket with you, etc., yet it didn't give you any ticket at the entrance. It's really confusing."
"Absolute worst parking experience. I’m a tenant at 77 Park Ave and a monthly parker at this garage, which ‘seemed’ like a perk, who wouldn’t want parking in your building?! Looking for the dirtiest garage around? I can’t imagine being an overnight or daily parker that encounters all of the issues that this garage presents. The gates are constantly broken, there are never people around to help, and there is constantly line to get out of the garage because of ticket issues. They only have the ability to take the non-monthly customer tickets at one exit. The people in the management office are new every six months or so. It’s a revolving door of people and problems. I’ve had billing issues in the past and have spent a fair amount of time frustrated over some of the aforementioned issues. The parking spots up top are too small and they allow certain cars that are far too long to park in unauthorized spots. There is little to no policing done of those who infringe on parking laws inside the garage, either. It’s an all around nightmare. If you’re interested in being late to your meeting, gyrating your car around nine or 10 times to get into a parking spot, and paying overall too much for parking... come on in!"
