"BEWARE—this garage DOES NOT honor their previously purchased parking coupon books for long standing customers. A shame! New mgmt did not contact, offer a grace period, or make any attempt to apply even a small courtesy toward the current $250 in coupons I currently have or care about my history with the garage or it’s attendants. Attendants were embarrassed and are far better business people than their new manager/owner. Do NOT recommend 332 W 11th Street garage lic# 2097334 based on how they treat loyal NYC bound and still commuting population during a tough pandemic! Another garage on W 16th St, next to Chelsea Markets, is far more concerned about customers—offers more monthly and daily options, and more hygienic safety procedures to request your car in advance, etc. $ discounts per any 12 hr period with the app— google MPG 450 W 17th St garage if you’re in the area instead!"
