"Left my car there with $400 up front to change an engine months ago. Kept calling the mechanic to get the car out of there and see what the status was. Joao the owner never answered my calls. I told my sister to call him and pretend she was a client and he actually answered after the first ring. The next day I went over there and Joao started stuttering saying that the engine never fit the car and unfortunately he could not get the job done. So here I am with $400 down and no car. I asked him to give me back the $400 he said he couldn't do that and for me to get my car out of there. I finally decide to sell my car the way it was and called a tow truck to go get the car. Once I called him to get the car he said he will not release the car to me because he did a bunch of work on the car that was never authorized by me including body work! He was trying to sell my car and give me $1,000 for it! I told him the car was already sold and he said well you're not going to get the car out of here until you pay the work I did. I told him I never authorized any of the work and showed up there with the cops. Now I am filing a claim against this guy in court. DO NOT Bring your car there. Also the 5 star review is fake and posted by one of the girls that work there. Not sure why she put those 5 stars."
