"Don’t park here. Their sign at the entrance won’t be the rate they charge you when you pick up your car. I parked my car here on a back to back occasions. They charged me MORE on the day I pick up my car earlier. How does this make sense? Before they changed ownership, their rate was consistent. Now, it’s just two guys charging whatever they want. Don’t fall for the “early bird” sign. It used to be consistently 12. Then it jumped to 15 then to 18. It’s not the amount, but these guys aren't operating professionally. Take your business else where."

"Originally booked through SpotHero which listed that impark offers covered taxi to airport. Not only did I have to pay for Uber to LGA and back to the garage. They wanted to charge me an extra 2hrs for picking up the car 1hr late. I put down 12pm To pick up the car thinking that the taxi should arrive to pick us up from the airline at 12pm. Impark did not care about the situation instead they wanted to be paid for false advertising. I will never use SpotHero or Impark."
