"2023-08-23 Dr.'s visit... BUT... Photos uploaded, see them in photo section. Shows a padlock on a double doors just opposite the elevator. This is a hazardous condition and needs to be addressed. Hazardous and unsafe to people who are there. Let's say you get off the elevator and try to escape of a fire or something. ------------------ There are 2 entrances to this complex, and COMPLEX is the word to describe the eastern most (nearest Utopia Parkway) entrance. There is limited access to many offices fro the east entrance. There is an elevator which has (due to ADA requirements) two levels of entry . If you need to reach offices at the other end, it;s easier to just walk outside down the street. Saving grace, the First Class Doctors who have offices here."
