"The outside was okay. You have to drive your car through the whole system and they manually do most of it which is cool but they move too fast even though there was no line and a week day. The three stars is due to the lack of cleaning they did to the inside of my car. I paid to get the inside vacuumed, wiped down, and wash both sets of rugs (plastic/rubber ones and the cloth ones. the amount of money i paid to get the inside vacuumed and cleaned does not show in the amount of cleaning they actually did. They are rushing so much which is sad. The inside is still dirty. I know these are hard working men and probably don’t get paid enough compared to what the shop is charging. :-/ I did make sure to leave a tip in the box. My hope for their business in the future is to give a bit more detail to cleaning the inside of the vehicle versus rushing the job especially if the person is paying extra money to get the inside cleaned."
"I’ve been going here for well over 10 years. On a busy day yes they work faster, but if you tell them something is undone they will fix it. The price is reasonable for a drive thru car wash. If you want detailing you need to go elsewhere. If you need a good quick clean and interior vacuum this is your place. They do wash mats as well for an extra charge. On nice days they can get very busy but that speaks to their cleaning skills if people will wait for them."
