"I booked parking online but when I turned up they tried to turn me away. I showed them my reservation and was able to park. When returning to the car park later it was locked and nobody would respond to let us in, luckily a car came out and we were then able to get in. Went to the desk with my ticket and was asked to pay, it was late and I completely forgot that I paid with the online booking. Didn't remember that until the day after when I checked my credit card statemen, now I am $49 out of pocket and trying contact them is impossible. I would avoid at all costs in the future!"
"I’ve read a lot of badddddd reviews of NYC parking garages. This one was great! I love that you can park your car yourself and you don’t have to leave the key with a shady valet guy that tries to upcharge you. Left my car here overnight and it was only 46$. I paid exactly what the sign said I would pay. Place was clean, car was safe, easy in and out. Wish there were more of these self parking garages in NYC. Also, conveniently located to all the sites! Would park here again."
"Definitely bad experience. I would never recommend this. They show you a price and charge for another. For 2 hrs and 7 minutes we were charged more than the price listed for “up to 12 hrs”. Not to mention, like scammers, for 7 extra minutes they charged another hour (information that was written nowhere), with a funny comment “we would’ve charged you if it was only one minute”. The should explain their rules better or learn math. Never again!"
"Do not go by the prices listed. We were charged $60 for 5 hours. Was told by the attendant that it was high due to new management. Word to the wise, ask before you leave your car. Very shady!!!!"
"The only appeal here is the price. $22 before 7AM for up to 12 hours of parking. This should be the cheapest parking available in the area. After 12 hours though, it does spike to $57, so be weary of your time. They give tickets or you can request a text message with the same info and a link to prepay and have your car ready for when you arrive (the same can be done through the QR code on the physical ticket). I park my car here every day for work, and have not experienced any damages to my car. However, a coworker did have his whole rear bumper damaged and MPG did end up paying for the repairs. Good, but not something you want happening to your car, regardless. The staff can be rude and short, until you start giving them tips, then they open up to you. Although, it should be the other way around, this has almost become standard for every business in NYC."
