"Tight parking deck with monthly spots available. Some spots are extra tight, so it’s a bit nerve wracking parking here. Other than that, it’s fine… never had an issue with safety here."

"If I could give them negative stars I would I pulled into the garage so I could speak with someone upstairs at the gym. I was there for less than 10 minutes and before I leave the guy still told me it was $11. They then neglected to tell me if I go to the gym I get free validated parking. He then told me I’m trying to steal from him for telling him I’m going to charge back since I was already charged by him and didn’t know I could get validated by the gym I belong too. After getting my ticket validated and leaving he yelled expletives “F YOU MOTHER FER” at me while leaving the garage and that “I never want to see you parking here. Actual Scumbag business, don’t park here."

"The employees (some, not all) are extremely rude. My girlfriend recently purchased a monthly spot and they accidentally did not associate a date with the card they gave her, so it was coming up expired when we tried to leave. Because of this, we could not leave the garage. This would have been fine as it was just a mistake, but the employee got mad at me when I asked for help fixing the issue. He acted as if it were our fault, meanwhile it had nothing to do with us. He was also asking me who signed her up, which I did not know (I wasn’t there) and he proceeded to be angry about this too. Overall, we have not had a pleasant experience. I’d avoid parking here if possible."

"HORRIBLE DO NOT PARK HERE. I parked in this garage for about a year and in that time they raised prices 3 separate times. When I finally decided to move I went to get my car at 7 am (when they opened) on the 1st of the month (mind you I had paid the monthly fee for the month before) and they charged me $50 for “over night parking” since technically my parking expired at midnight (also keep in mind you can’t get to your car after 11pm until 7 am) Obviously I didn’t know that parking expired then or I would’ve moved my car and when I explained that the manager, Edgar, basically told me I had to pay or he wouldn’t let me out of the garage. Horrible customer service, overpriced and not well kept at all. They have a car sitting there in a prime spot booted that they haven’t had moved in over a year. DO NOT PARK HERE GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"I WILL NEVER EVER PARK HERE AGAIN. I called this garage in October after moving nearby asking if I could be a monthly client for my motorcycle and car to use same spot and if it’s possible to have a bit of a better deal, Edgar, the manager on the phone didn’t even listen to me and just told me the prices for each vehicle and hung up the phone. I parked my car elsewhere during that time, fine. Me moving in town recently didn’t know what kind of business this is. Now seeing other reviews I understand nothing has improved and they’re simply lacking customer service and quality of being reasonable as a local business. Last week I parked my Vespa before snowstorm in a SHARED SPOT with one other motorcycle and was ok to pay their overnight $39 fee. During the snowstorm I had an accident and I had to come back in a week. I’ve waited 20 mins for the Manager, Edgar to come back with his lunch and not feeling bad or saying anything about lot being unattended and me waiting for 20mins. I witnessed some other lady in her car in a rush trying to find someone because she lost her ticket rushing out after another car. But as it’s not enough now I see that they actually LOCKED MY MOTORCYCLE from the front wheel so I wouldn’t run away. WTH??? I explained 4-5 times that I had an emergency asked them to give me a reasonable discount and I’m willing to pay upfront from December to April ($675 instead of $300) so I can be a monthly client, living in the neighborhood. They refused to even discuss ignoring the fact that I’m a neighbor waited 20mins, witnessed people leaving without paying, had an emergency during a snowstorm, saw his motorcycle locked like I did something wrong by leaving it there for a week and still want to have a long term deal and keep doing business with them. Manager, Edgar shut the door of his room to my face and then started his lunch and called owner to come refusing to help with anything. After a longer wait and more discussion owner, Mike came with exact same attitude ignoring all the facts and threatening me that I can’t take my vehicle out unless I pay what they’re asking even though I’m willing to pay upfront and become a monthly client WITHOUT OCCUPYING AN EXTRA SPOT. I simply tried to explain that’s not how I or anyone successful do business, paid and left and will never ever park there. End of the day they overcharged me for couple days for a shared spot, locked my motorcycle for no reason while letting people leave without paying but lost couple hundred or thousands more of dollars in long term but the actual point and disappointment is not money or profit/loss but the lack of ethics, understanding and diligence to serve clients for me as another business owner. I will share this with people around the town so they wouldn’t have to go thru the same attitude. I hope they’ll understand one day that it’s not only about making a buck today and not hearing clients spending time writing these reviews to correct something. I don’t see any comment or review in any platform that hey admit they made a mistake or apologizing. THE WRONG IS WRONG AND YOU HAVE TO ADMIT IT SOMETIMES!"
