"Never have an issue besides the lot attendant in the after noon during the week instead of looking if you have a ticket he follows you and then says he’s reminding you to pay even though you already have."

"awful service! First of all, when you pull in, it's confusing whether its self park or valet only, asking attendant was not helpful, mumbled and couldn't understand him. We left car with him, sign with rate on weekend said $30 for the day. We met friends and ate at local restaurant which validates parking. Restaurant charged $8 for the sticker on the valet ticket, when we came back to garage, they still charged us the $30! Their explanation was that we came back after the three hour limit for restaurant validation. Ok, fine, I accepted this but then charge us $22!! They are already getting the $8 from the restaurant. Nope, they wanted the full $30. Didn't make sense, it wasn't about the money, more the principle, what a scam!!"

"The place is a scam! I have no problem paying for parking when it is legitimate. I pulled in on a Sunday morning. It is clearly marked on the ground floor "Public Parking". There were several spots open. I pulled in and proceeded to the pay machine. It had an out of order sign on it. I waited for several minutes at the window and no one was around. I was only staying for several minutes while I picked up my kids so I figured i could find someone in a few minutes upon my return. 10 minutes later my car was boxed in delibertly. When i explained the man working was very rude and said $30! I questionned it. He pointed to a sign that said "all day parking Saturday/Sunday $30". I explained that i had just pulled in, etc. I said it is very deceiving as i did not valet park, and I am not here all day. The area was available and clearly marked "public parking". If its not available it should be marked off. Then he threatened me saying he could charge me $260. I said for what? He was just yelling and I could not understand him. I was forced to pay the $30. It got better as he then said" cash only, the machine not working". sounded like a complete scam. I said I only have a credit card. He got nasty again. I said I would call the cops if he didn't process the payment and release my car. Absolutely horrible experience. He refused to give me a manager's name or anyone to contact. What a scam!"
