"Please review all the other reviews. I can speak to how rude the attendants were. Please avoid this garage at all costs. You will be yelled at, told the opposite of what the signs say. No customer service, just rude, not reliable!"

"Worst parking experience ever. The attendant was extremely rude and aggressive. As soon as you pull in he starts yelling at you. Someone tapped there horn and he yelled F!@# you at them. He also double charged me for the parking. I had already paid for the parking through the parking app. He refused to refund me and told me to take it up with my credit card company. To top everything off he misplaced my car keys and couldn't find them. Stay away!"

"My experience was very pleasant, the car look great, the staff was friendly, the price was not too bad, and if you do a "reservation" is alottt less, so do that."

"Avoid this parking lot, there are plenty of other parking lots near by that won't damage your car. The attendants here are rude, borderline thugs the way they talk to you and drive you car. They either backed my car into another car or rear ended my car with some one else's car. It left a big paint chip on my bumper and busted both of my break lights. When I confronted the head attendant about the scratch. Not only did they not apologize, he claimed the scratch was always there that my break lights were already broken. These guys obviously have no integrity and couldn't care less about you or your car. If you are reading this review, take my advise, go to one of the dozen other parking garage that's within the 2 block radius of this shady establishment."

"3-4-15 arrived at 8am..the attendant in the booth was asleep... after 5-10 minutes a young man showed up to take my car... As I was unloading my equipment for work; another attendant showed up and started yelling at me for taking to long loading my cart... the same attendent gave me a hard time when I retrieved my car at noon... ...very unfriendly service...I will NEVER park there again..."
