"Pre-paid to park my Tesla, hoping to get it plugged in while I was parking there for an hour or so. Got there and they said "garage policy only monthly cars can use the charger". I said let me talk to the manager then. They said ok, fine. Then the manager never came over to talk to me. Wasted so much time waiting on that coward that I left, not needing to park at all by that point. Is this garage policy posted anywhere? No. Does it truly cost that much to charge a car for an hour? No. Should anyone use this garage? Probably not. There's a ProPark garage across the street and the staff there are actually friendly and helpful."

"Zero star if I could to be honest. Staff members routinely forget to turn off my headlights and let my battery die. As they try to jumpstart my car, they are whipping the cable around and hitting other cars around it (sorry black Honda Accord). Staff are unable to short tempered and uncooperative. So thus, zero star if I could."
