"Whomever Raheem is that supposedly owns R.T.B Parking Boot Enforcement with affiliation of parking in the plaza on court street needs to throughly screen who is he hiring and why his company keeps getting complaints and all these negative reviews. The woman Tracy, is very unprofessional and was rude to me and my sister. I work at the federal building so I’ve witnessed individuals purposely park their car in the area because there’s no parking around and they’re trying to come to 970 for an appointment and it’s out of convenience park their cars closer and leave it there for hours. But in this case, my sister didn’t even leave the lot for 5mins before Tracy put a boot on her car because she left the premises to meet me not even half way on the block before her nail appointment. I don’t understand how Raheem doesn’t think this is inappropriate for your employees to make assumptions and get people hard innocent money. My sister witnessed her and a few bad looking folks watch her leave and then I’m assuming she ran over to put a boot wrongfully on my sister’s vehicle. I watch and see this all the time! If it’s not Tracy, it’s a young girl in her own vehicle watching the traffic that comes and goes waiting on an opportunity to prowl over the innocence. You reap what you sow is all I have to say."
"I would give this company a zero if I could. I arrived for a nail appointment and noticed drug addicts and dealers watching me. I get out my car and walk a few feet away to meet my sister to go inside the Dunkin’ Donuts before my appointment. When I come back within a minute there’s a boot on my car. The lady Tracy was rude and disgusting! She stated she was a manager but didn’t want to disclose her info. I called the cops because of her disgusting behavior. She then tries to bribe me to give her some form of payment to “work with me” but then when I offered her $5 and the rest disputed in court. She had her entourage which are the drug addicts and dealers to approach me to bribe me to give her some form of payment as well. Once we was forced to pay she left immediately and did not come back until I was done with my nails which was over two hours later. I have all footage to backup my claims against her and this SCAMMING COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMING AND THE CITY OF NEWARK IS ALLOWING IT! She couldn’t even talk to the cops with respect. THEY ARE SCAMMING AND EVERYONE IN THAT DRUG STORE WHERE SHE KEPT GOING INTO, after quoting she has no affiliations with! I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!"
"These are the most evil disgusting people I have ever seen. I work with people who have mental disabilities. One of my patients was having a medical emergency. We went across the street for less than 10 minutes. A woman named Tracy put a boot on my car. Once I came back I was looking to explain myself to the police or anyone that could help they all said it was a private property matter. Tracy was rude and didn’t care about my patient with mental disabilities having a medical emergency. All she wanted was my money after she got the money she would not answer the phone and my company could not get in contact with her. She threatened my boss who was just trying to get more information about what happened. She didn’t answer any questions and she would not give a receipt I hope these evil people get what’s coming to them. She runs this scam and should be put in jail for targeting people and threatening them."
"Would have give 0 if I had an option. These people are so worthless. I parked my car in the parking lot and bought a coffee from the Dunkin Donuts and left the area for 10 min and when I came back my car had a boot. The sign they put can hardly be seen. Charged $250. All I can say is god is watching. If anyone wants to sue this company I would suggest to gather and file a complaint."
"The MOST unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever encountered. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and walked off the property, I came back to a boot on my vehicle. Tracy was extremely disrespectful and even threatened to physically “stomp me”. Consumer affairs and my lawyer will be hearing about this. In the photo is one of the employees telling me to kiss her butt."
