"Regan B. IS MY HERO! I lost my ticket, and Regan combed through 15 or so minutes' worth of surveillance footage from when I initially entered the lot. Instead of charging me full price ($32) for a lost ticket, he simply re-printed the ticket once he found the time stamp of my car entering the lot, and charged me $14. He didn't have to do all that work for me, but he did. THANK YOU, Reagan! So easy to get into Penn Station from here - Just $8.50 round trip for a rail ticket in addition to the parking fee, and you're there in a single stop. Again, thank you..."

"It’s a convenient parking lot: 5 min walk to the Secaucus junction train station, plenty of spots. To consider: - narrow spaces - high prices considering this is a commuter train"

"Made a reservation online which included payment. Pulling up to the gate I figured you would simply scan the QR code that was provided via email. After trying to scan it for a few minutes I called for help and the person told me I still have to take a ticket. And then you have to link your reservation # to that ticket when you exit. Any normal thinking human would be hesitant to take a ticket when they already paid in full. Extremely confusing and no signage to explain anything when you pull up. Typical New Jersey. Overall the price was good, just wish the directions were more clear."

"A well-kept parking spot right next to the train station, managed efficiently. The process of parking and checkout is easy, with clear signs to guide you. On weekends, it's busy because many folks use the train to NYC. It's a bit pricey at $16 for 12 hours, especially since it's not in NYC, but it saves you the hassle of city driving. Overall, it's a good choice for convenience, but the cost might be a drawback for some."
