"Elevators are consistently broken and license plate reader never works. For the amount of money paid for a monthly fee it’s unacceptable"
"Scam. They charge $150 for a lost ticket, up from $37. I parked less than 24 hours, was fob’d in by the attendant assuming I’d pay a daily rate cause my partner has a monthly account, and told because I didn’t have a ticket, I couldn’t leave without paying $150. Emailed manager David Martinez, and he refused to help. Use the Maxwell garage (pro park) down the street."
"As a local business owner, I used this garage to assist with my clients parking. In a 2 year time span, the price for parking doubled my cost as a business owner. The management is very unoraganized, say they would drop off vouchers and never do. Then months later demand payment for vouchers they never delivered and accuse us of never paying invoices on time. This is the 1st One Star Review I have wrote, I always avoid hurting a businesses reputation but this one is due as the manager recently became hostile with one of my employees, demanding we pay for the standard 1 hour rate of $24 when a client needed a voucher to exit and our office ran out of one. Management is Unreliable and not business friendly to local business."
"You know it's bad when a garage is getting numerous one star reviews. My parents have been parking at this garage for years, starting when it was run by propark. Now that it is run by Laz has repeatedly "accidentally" charged an extra 500 dollars, hoping the charges go unnoticed, which they have. Unfortunately my parents have not always caught this since they don't look at every single charge on the credit card bill. They are very careful with what they buy. Now obviously this has not been an accident when they overcharge, it's merely a money hungry big corporation with no regard for the livelihoods of the people they are serving. All they care about is maximising the bottom line and clearly they have no problem stealing from vulnerable people. The low ranking staff at the garage are perfectly nice, however I am certain that the management and corporate workers who are committing these crimes will rot in hell for eternity following their deaths and judgement by God. God is good, he will deal with these evil sinners fairly by punishing them eternally."
"This garage has changed for the worst recently. They’ve put up signs over nearly every parking spot on all levels of the garage saying “Reserved Parking” so it’s honestly confusing where they expect people to park who aren’t on a lease..? Like literally the ENTIRE garage. Secondly, they’ve changed all the lighting fixtures to be motion activated, meaning that late at night most of the garage is dark and therefor uncomfortable to be in. Especially because the motion sensors don’t activate the lights until after you’ve driven past which is DANGEROUS. Most places with these types of lights have some lights that stay on for safety, or the lights only dim instead of completely off. What this garage has is simply unsafe. Lastly, the parking rate is pretty expensive, and I feel like it wasn’t always this much. I paid $35 for 3.5hrs. Ouch."
