"On June 17, 2022, I needed Parking to see my spinal surgeon at HSS. On that day, Will was the parking attendant at BAS. He saw that I struggled a bit using my cane. He promptly offered to drive me up to the street level, which I gladly accepted! When I returned after my appointment, Will again was very helpful, getting my car ready in very little time. Will is one of the nicest and kindest parking attendants I have ever met. Thank you Will for your extra efforts. It was very much appreciated!"

"During the past week, I needed a parking garage near HSS and found BAS Parking at 530 E. 72nd St. I was there 3 times during the last week. Each time, Paul, the attendant, was very pleasant and helpful. He is an excellent driver for parking cars in sometimes tight places! The cost is very reasonable: $25 for 2 hours, or $30 for 3-12 hours. The only drawback to the garage is a steep entry down, eliminating wheelchair access. However, I walk with a cane and that was really no problem. I highly recommend this garage and Paul, the very nice attendant!"

"The parking attendant is rude and unprofessional. I parked for less than an hour on August 26th, 2020 and was charged $35. After leaving my dashboard and steering wheel filthy, the attendant had the nerve to tell me to leave the parking facility as he tried to rush other patrons out. They were also complaining about the up-charge. I would expect the parking attendant to follow COVID guidelines and keep customer vehicles clean. Unfortunately this attendant just does not care and I would recommend they work in a non-customer relations job. The attendant left a dirty residue on the steering wheel, dashboard, and the gear selector. I would have gladly left the facility in a timely manner if I didn’t have to clean up the attendant’s mess with multiple disinfectant wipes. I would avoid this parking lot in the same manner as social distancing guidelines."

"Was precharged $30 through Best Parking and when I picked up car was charged an additional $10 by attendant because it is an SUV. A regular SUV, not an oversized suv. In 20 years of driving and parking a regular size suv in NYC garages, have never been charged extra. Attendant probably pocketed the money."

"Total scam of a parking place. They charged me 35 dollars for an hour parking. Guy said he was one of the cheapest in the area. What can you do though it’s New York. I should have parked at the normal hospital parking garage. Live and learn."
