"Don't park here no matter how desperate you are. I parked my SUV here because Kong Shikh Tong said they'll validate the parking pass for me (good for a $6 credit). It was less than an hour but they charged me $8. They don't tell you that an SUV will cost an extra $2 either."
"Horrible experience! This is a valet parking garage. Not knowing that on the first day of using it, i was not given proper instruction to leave my key in the car because they were in a rush. So at the time I went to pick up my car, I was charged extra $20 for that and my car was moved with two front wheel dollies. What’s more that my front bumper was scratched. In my life, I only used twice valet parking and both of them left unnoticed damage to my car. The firs one was a tiny crack on the top of my windshield which eventually developed into the crack through the windshield and it ended in replacement. This time is the scratches on the edge of venting window on the front bumper. My advice is never using a valet parking garage like this if you are not watchful. Because this garage is irresponsible, untrustworthy and greedy. Using a parking app you can fine a better parking garage within walking distance."
