"Jefferey not only helped park the car but also gave me directions and gave me plenty of time to get my stuff out. Really above and beyond service — hope the bosses read this since I wasn’t able to find another way to submit my feedback."
"Don’t use their Laz Self Park Reservation in advance. It didn’t work. I paid the $10 on their intranet link and the Bar code generated. However, you can’t use the bar code at the entrance. I ended up paying additional $12 for parking. I was trying to ask Laz for my $10 refund but no response from them. What a scam!"
"Parked here in Oct2023. It is a well lit and looks new/clean. Located in the same building as Tangram mall and Reinassance hotel. There are two different entrances, one for valet only (39th Ave) and one for self parking (College Blvd). The lady attendant at valet is very helpful and friendly, helping me to valudate the ticket (as I get in the wrong entrance) and show me the direction to selfparking. Parking space is a bit tight for USA standard, but normal for many parts of the world (can see in pics). It is not super big (as the mall is small), but enough space). No in-out benefit for overnight parking. Paid $28 for overnight parking. Price is posted at ticket booth and charged accordingly."
"Avoid it. Take more than 20 mintues to get a spot. It is just over crowded and no sign or any indication to tell it is full. Take almost 20 mintues to get out. It is because of cars also park on space they shouldn't after all assigned spot are filled. Drivable road become limited and there is only 1 gateway you can scan your paid ticket to leave the parking lot. Serious safety concern here. Also, it is so dusty inside. You may need a car wash or change your car filters afterward. Make sure you've a mask on your and yours family face while walking in the garage."
